How soon can I expect my copier(s) once I’ve decided what I need?

Since we have our own truck, there are times we can deliver the same day! We can guarantee delivery the next day.

If our copy/printer usage exceeds what we are using, can we upgrade?

Atlanta Copier Rentals has a diverse equipment inventory that will allow us to meet our customer’s needs!

What if my copier is completely down and I have a deadline to meet?

Unfortunately there are times when a copier/printer will break down at the most inconvenient time. We understand there are times when you can’t wait for our technical support. Atlanta Copier Rentals will help defray outside copying/printing costs as long as it is approved by our office

If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem?

Our technician will call you immediately after receiving your service call. Thanks to digital copier technology, many times the problem can be fixed over the telephone. If we find that we need to come to your office for service, we will be there in 2-3 hours.

If I own my equipment, do you have a service contract available?

Yes, service contracts include all parts, service, and supplies.

Is there an option to buy?

Yes, we rent with the option to buy, and also sell new and refurbished equipment as well.

What if I need to upgrade my equipment?

We understand that as your business grows, so do your business needs. Upgrading your equipment is no problem.

If my equipment breaks down, what is your response time?

We stand behind our commitment to our customers to offer the most outstanding service in the industry. Our response time is 4 hours or less. If for any reason we cannot repair your equipment, we will replace it within 24 hours.

What if my equipment breaks down on the weekend?

No problem. We have personnel available on weekends to assist you with your equipment.

Is there a charge for scanning?

Although some companies are charging for scanning, Atlanta Copier Rentals DOES NOT CHARGE FOR SCANNING!

How many rental programs do you offer?

We offer three types of rental programs with two pricing options. Weekly, Month-to-month and yearly rentals. Our first program includes a number of copies/prints in our base rental rate. If you exceed the allotted copies/prints, you are charged a per copy/print rate. Our high volume copy program is our favorite for customers making over 30,000 copies/prints per month. Here you pay a base charge for the copier, and all copies/prints are charged at $.01.

Is there a minimum rental charge?

Yes, there is either a one week or one month minimum rental charge. If you use the equipment for less than the designated plan, your cost will be for the minimum period. If you use the equipment for more than the minimum rental period, your final usage will be prorated.

What type of rental agreements do you have?

Atlanta Copier Rentals can tailor a rental program to meet your specific needs, from a few days, to as long as you need it!

Can I get a weekend delivery or pickup?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup service 7 days a week.

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes, our large inventory enables us to deliver your equipment when you need it. Most local deliveries can be same day.

What areas do you service?

We are currently serving all of Metro Atlanta, OTP, North Georgia and some Southern counties.

What does the rental include?

All service, parts and supplies (excludes paper).

Do you offer short and long term rentals?

Yes, we offer daily, weekly, and month-to-month rentals.
